Reservation Procedure

Online Reservation

You can make free online reservation on our website and receive a voucher to your email. In order to check-in you should show this voucher (printed or downloaded to your gadget) and make a payment. Reserved room is being kept for you to 6 PM of the check-in date. If you are going to check-in later than 6 PM, please, inform us leaving a comment for your reservation.

Attention!
You have to confirm online reservation by clicking special link in the email, which you receive after online reservation. After the confirmation your reservation request will be sent to the administrator. After ordering you will receive our hotels voucher, that confirms you reservation.

Lodging Cost

Price in the voucher cannot be changed, doesn't matter what current costs are. Making a reservation can help you to save some money.

Reservation Cost

Reservation is non-guaranteed, so you don't have to pay for it. To ensure providing a room you have to prepay before check-in. You can pay in cash or with your plastic card to the cashier of the hotel, or request a bill for cashless settlement. For requesting a bill, write to our email vostoc.6@mail.ru. Please, don't forget to mention your reservation number written on the voucher.

Reservation for Tourist Groups

If you going to come with a group of guests and you need more than one room, please, call +7 (42622) 4-03-30, 8-924-747-43-00 or write to vostoc.6@mail.ru in order to request a reservation. Please mention check-in and check-out date, number of guests, room types you prefer and number of daily breakfasts. If needed, we will contact you to clarify the details, and then will send you our confirming email.
