In case having an available room, you can check-in before 12:00. If early check-in is necessary (0 - 6 AM) pay per hour, starting from 6 AM extra charge is not applied only in case of living more than 24 hours.

Yes, you can, but any delay is charged according to following rate:
- not more than 6 hours delay - hourly payment;
- 6 to 12 hours delay - pay for half day (12 hours)
- 12 to 24 hours delay - pay for a whole day.

Any personal identity document: passport or driver’s license, etc. Passport is obligatory for foreign citizens.

Tax is included. If you order a breakfast when you make a booking from our website, it is also included and shown in hotel voucher. The breakfast consists of several dishes of European cuisine. Breakfast time: every day from 8 till 10 AM. Breakfast price may vary. When making a reservation, system automatically calculates a cost of breakfast according to current price.
We also offer free wake up service and mail delivery service.

If no extra bed needed, extra charge is not applied for a child living in the same room with parents. In case of using an extra bed, charge rate is 500 rubles for one extra bed per day.

Guaranteed reservation must be prepaid. It is possible to make prepayment in the hotel anytime before the check-in day. We receive both cash and plastic cards, cashless settlement is also possible. In case of non-guaranteed reservation, room is reserved for the client until 6:00 PM of the check-in day. In order to make a guaranteed reservation client should personally apply to the hotel or make a corresponding request through the email for a bill.

Online reservation is a non-guaranteed reservation, so don’t need to prepay. Anyway we are always looking forward to providing our clients with rooms, even in case of non-guaranteed reservation. If you check-in later than 6:00 PM of the check-in day, please, leave a corresponding comment to let us reserve the room until your arrival.

Sorry, you cannot smoke inside the hotel. There is special Federal Law about banning smoking in all public places (Federal Law No. 15-ФЗ of the Russian Federation of February 23, 2013 "On the Protection of the health of citizens from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption"), which entered into force on June 1, 2014. According to this law, smoking throughout the public places is prohibited.

Yes, there is a car parking in the hotel. Parking is free for our guests.
